It has 4 bedrooms, a living room with a 42″ smart TV and an additional 2 32″ smart TVs in two of the four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, two coffee makers and all small appliances. It has a total of 3 bathrooms of which 2 are with shower and one with bath. It also has a washing machine with dryer and a vacuum cleaner. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. Guests can enjoy the sea and mountain views from the terraces. The villa has outdoor furniture in the garden, pool and terraces. For added privacy, the property has a private entrance and soundproofing. The property can accommodate 8 people, non-smoking.
